Descansando.....Aún!!!!! (First english update!)

Still resting after the surgery. It’s horrible! To be honest, my home seems smaller than it used to be.
From training around 5-6 days per week to be without doing anything right now, it’s hard to keep. But my doctor told me last week that in around one week I’ll be ready to be back again. Of course starting slow!!!! At least I’ll take out this strange feeling from my body.
I start thinking about Barcelona Marathon’s trains, to have my track list ready in my Ipod for the long and tough trainings and get my mind ready just watching some videos on youtube! I’ll upload one of them:

Although is not related with running, at least is related with triathlon.

But I have to say we are so lucky to live in Barcelona. I still remember running there between January and April. OMG!!!! I still have some pictures in my mind. 4pm, going for a run at -15 degrees!!! And some days I remember running for 1h15min!!! Here you have a picture of a race that took place in Djungarden, a great park in Stockholm.

I guess the next update will be next week after my first train :)

  1. Carlos, What a great section! Even though I wasn't able to understand a word of the video I still loved the passion that I felt from it. I think about all the times we used to run back in Sweden when I am running back here. Keep me updated all the time and maybe by the time I'm out of college with a job, I can focus on someday running a triathlon like you :) You're an inspiring little man (with legs like a tree)! Cant wait to hear more!
